Raised on Film is a design studio founded by close friends with different creative backgrounds. The studio shares a focus on film-based imagery, cinematic storytelling, and thoughtful garment development.
Our work is shaped by an ongoing relationship with analogue mediums, archival research, and practical design. We specialise in denim and natural fabrics, developing garments that prioritise texture and longevity over trend.
Raised on Film exists as an exploration of clothing, image, and memory. Each campaign is designed to tap into the feeling of a moment, situating the clothes within considered visual worlds that reference the past while remaining grounded in the present.
