Shipping & Delivery
Orders to our core markets, including Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, Japan, and most of Europe, are sent on priority delivery and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. All other regions ship via standard delivery and may take a little longer.
Please note that international orders can occasionally be held in customs, which is outside our control and may add to delivery times. If your order is delayed, reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.
We ship free on every order to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, China, and across most of Europe.
If you don't see your country at checkout, we're not yet shipping to your region.

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are included at checkout. The price you see is what you pay, with nothing extra owed when your order arrives.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number to follow your package through the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days. Reach out to us and we'll cover the return shipping and refund you, or in case of an exchange we'll send your new size at no extra cost.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Swimwear must also have its hygiene seal intact.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right. We cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement, your choice.
Gift cards are the only non-returnable items. Swimwear can be returned as long as the hygiene seal on the bottoms is still attached and the item is sealed in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Everything else is eligible for return or exchange within the 14-day window.
We're happy to exchange it for a different size. Just reach out with the order number and we'll sort it out.

Product & Care
Our pieces are generally designed for a true-to-size fit. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements and sizing advice. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a closer fit. If something doesn't work, we offer free size exchanges.
For the longest life, we recommend cold machine wash, inside out, with like colours. Hang dry in the shade - avoid tumble drying. Iron on low if needed. Specific care instructions are included on the label of each garment.
