Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right when it arrives, we'll take care of it.
14 Days, On Us
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange anything. Return shipping is on us, exchanges are free, and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.
Items need to be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Swimwear
Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygiene seal is still attached and the item is sealed in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us and we'll make it right. Full refund or replacement, your call. We'll cover return shipping.
Final Sale
A small number of items can't be returned:
- Gift cards
Everything else is fully covered by our 14-day promise.
Gifts
If you received a gift that's not the right size, we'll exchange it for a different size of the same item. Just reach out with the order number.
How Refunds Work
Once your return reaches us, we process your refund within 1-2 business days. After that, your bank typically posts the funds within 3-5 business days for credit cards (a bit longer for some debit cards). You'll get an email the moment we issue the refund on our side.
How to Return or Exchange
Email support@raisedonfilm.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps and a return address.
The Fine Print
For California customers: this is our refund policy under California Civil Code §1723.
For New York customers: you're entitled to a written copy of this policy on request. Just email us.
If we update this policy, the changes apply only to orders placed after the update. The version live when you ordered is the one that covers your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under any consumer protections that apply where you live.
