CreatorOS Privacy Notice

Raised on Film Inc. uses CreatorOS, an internal system, to manage its creator relationships. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains our contact details, privacy rights and international processing.

Information we use

We process Instagram account identifiers and usernames, professional profile and post information, messages and emails exchanged with us, timestamps, and attachments or media links. We also keep collaboration notes, preferences, drafts, approvals and, where supplied, contact and shipping details. We obtain these from you, our team, connected platforms and public profile sources. For staff using CreatorOS, we process sign-in details, actions, submitted content, usage information and masked session replay.

How we use and share information

We use this information to assess potential collaborations, communicate with creators, arrange gifting, track agreed content and honor requests to stop contact. We read messages back to check delivery, maintain conversation history and detect changes. AI services help assess profiles, summarize information, draft and review messages, and develop proposed writing guidance from human corrections. New drafts use approved brand guidance and the relevant creator information and conversation history. Automation may assist these workflows and send replies under our configured rules.

Authorized staff and service providers process this information for these purposes. Providers include Google and OpenAI for AI processing, and services for profile discovery, messaging, commerce, hosting, databases and diagnostics. Historical copies may remain with previously used services, including Voyage AI. Langfuse traces can contain prompt and response text. Message content may also appear in internal Slack discussions and support records.

Retention

Retention depends on the ongoing relationship, operational needs and applicable legal requirements. Some collaboration, audit and diagnostic records have no automatic expiry. Removing or unsending a message in Instagram does not itself confirm deletion of earlier processing or copies held by other services.

Privacy and deletion requests

To request access, correction or deletion, or to stop further outreach, email support@raisedonfilm.com with the subject “CreatorOS privacy”. For deletion, tell us that you want your CreatorOS information deleted. Identify your Instagram account or provide other details that help us find your information. You can make a request even if you have never messaged us. We may need to verify your identity. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason.
